This tells the email provider that you know this sender and trusts them, which will prevent the email from being forwarded to other inboxes (spam, etc.). Please visit your email service provider's website support page if you require more information on how to whitelist an email account. The STN Play email address used for the password reset link is noreply@notification.stnplay.com. After completing these steps, please attempt to reset your password again.
